Means of cooking:

The use of the unboiled water and also the inobservance of the instructions can lead to negatives consequences for health.

Before cooking the food for children, it is necessary to wash your hands thoroughly.

The porridge is making directly before the use.

For children to 3 years:

For cooking porridge and feeding up of children to 1 year – it is necessary to boil the dishes during 3-5 mn.

Using the following table and determine the required quantity of water.

Boil and cool the water to 55-60 0С.

Pour the required quantity of water in the clean dishes. With constant stirring, add the required amount of tablespoons of dry porridge.

Stir by fork to get the homogeneous mass and wait 3-5 mn for the complete swelling of the porridge.

Cool the porridge to 35-37 0С.

The porridge is ready! BON APPETIT!

The prepared porridge that remains after the feeding doesn’t save and use. It is not allowed the cooking of daily norm of porridge for one time.
